So here’s the deal:toy cook your quinoa over your variation of an open fire. Mines was pre-spiced [thx Marshalls sillygourmetfoodfolks aisle~#sommayallknow lol].while it’s cooking, throw in the fresh spinach (or whatever greens you’re working with)& the jerky and let it all itself to one another. Chill it or have it hot. The better [cleaner, more organic ]the jerky, the more tender, decadent &yes, healthier the dish will feel. Took me across the universe lol.
